The April 8, 2024 total solar eclipse has now come and gone and the Galactic Gift Shop helped several thousand people view the eclipse safely. We still have about 100 Commemorative Eclipse Shades® (#7191) and Commemorative Patriotic Eagle Eclipser® (#6711) available, if you want to purchase one as a memento for your scrap book. The price is just $2 each!

There are TWO shipping options for the solar eclipse glasses.
The first option is a Canada Post Flat Rate Box. These boxes come in four different sizes. Please note that the smallest box that can hold your order will be used. The Canada Post Flat Rate Box includes tracking. The cost for shipping, via a Canada Post Flat Rate Box, ranges from $21 to $39 and those prices include GST.
The second option is a small bubble envelope. Please note that this shipping option DOES NOT include tracking because it is sent via regular mail. However, upon request, you can have a short video sent to you that clearly shows your bubble envelope being dropped into a Canada Post mailbox.
Are you wondering how many solar eclipse glasses will fit into a small bubble envelope and/or a Canada Post Flat Rate Box? Well, here is the answer...
The small bubble envelope can hold up to 10 solar eclipse glasses or 10 solar eclipse viewers. So, this can be used for the 2-pack, 5-pack, or the 10-pack. If you would like, the small bubble envelope can also be used for the 25-pack, but that would require TWO small bubble envelopes and the shipping cost would be double.
The small Canada Post Flat Rate Box can hold up to 100 solar eclipse glasses. Therefore, this shipping option is ideally suited for the 50-pack and the 100-pack. If you order a large quantity of solar eclipse glasses, such as the 250-pack, 500-pack, or the 1000-pack, a medium or large size Canada Post Flat Rate Box will be required.
The extra small Canada Post Flat Rate Box is ideally suited for the solar eclipse viewers (#7121) and the individually wrapped Eclipse Shades® (#7114) as well as the Solar Snap (#12900). This box is also well suited for all other solar eclipse glasses, up to a 25-pack.
